Refund Policy

At Dr. Joby Hurst Virtual Dental Consultations, we are committed to providing high-quality care and a transparent experience for all our patients. Please review our refund policy below:

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    Refunds may be requested for virtual consultations that have been paid for but not yet delivered. If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, a full refund will be processed. Refunds will also be considered for billing errors or overpayments.
  • Non-Refundable Services:
    Refunds are not provided for completed consultations, regardless of patient satisfaction, unless there is a documented error on our part or a technical issue that prevented the consultation from taking place.
  • Refund Process:
    To request a refund, please contact our office within 30 days of your payment date. Provide a detailed explanation and any supporting documentation (e.g., receipts, billing statements). Once your request is received, we will review and process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Cancellation of Treatment:
    If you cancel a course of treatment before it begins, you will be refunded all fees for services not yet performed, minus a small administrative fee if applicable.
  • Dispute Resolution:
    For any disputes or concerns regarding refunds, please contact our office directly. We will review your case and respond promptly.
  • Acknowledgment:
    By booking a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our refund policy.
